Meet the Chef

Beyond the ordinary

Born and raised in the Hampton's, I developed an early deep rooted connection to seasonal, coastal cooking and the rhythm of East End hospitality. I fell in love with the taste, color and the quality of food ever since I was a little girl, where my parent's took us traveling all over Europe and South America at a young age.

That's when I knew cooking told so many stories, and creating such a warm invite to peoples souls, and that's what automatically struck me to become a chef. My inspiration comes straight out of all of my travels, from Asia, to Eastern Europe, to Southern Italy.  I went on to train in Rome, where I refined my approach to classic technique, simplicity, and ingredient-driven cuisine. Formally trained Italian.

Today, I work as a private chef across the Hampton's, North Fork, New York City, and Miami, creating intimate dining experiences rooted in seasonality, flavor, and thoughtful execution.
